ABOUT THE DASHBOARD, WHAT YOU WILL FIND:

• Access links to the main event portal/site, "encaptiv"- where all the activities and action happen (no, event is NOT on our main website here!)
• Access to Swipe Copy - content that Speakers, Sponsors and Exhibitors can "copy" and "paste" to help promote event 
• Link to check the world clock to find the local time and date of event.

​YOUR VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE AGENDA
We want to make sure that you will gain a successful experience at this virtual event therefore, to best serve you, we ask that you help us protect and preserve your time. Note that all event times are in New York time or also known as US Eastern time - (yes, we have a global audience so it is always important to be clear when we have a virtual event like this one!)

We are aware that you may not be able to attend every session due to the different time zones we all live in but we highly recommend that you at least try to attend as many as you can. If you missed sessions, you will be able to watch the video replays. 

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
We have a variety of event highlights. Here are details of the different session formats and activities you will find on our Agenda:

• KEYNOTES - Key Presenters will be featured on our Main LIVE Stages and these sessions are LIVE! Main LIVE Stages are moderated sessions.
• ENLIGHTEN - Big ideas presented via TED Talk style in 12 - 15 mins, followed by Q&A.
• PROVOKE - A 20 minute discussion with attendees designed to provoke change.
• PLAY - Fun, engaging and purpose-driven activity.
• ACT - 45 minute immersive workshop that drive action and results.
• ​HUDDLE - Join a group of panelists to confer on a trending topic.
• Fireside Chats - This is a social business networking session where attendees have the opportunity to meet and greet "face to face" to expand your network! We will have interest and/or themed based networking rooms set up for networking. 

EXHIBITION (Expo Booth) - Visit expo booths and meet with exhibitors who have products or services that may help your biz. Great opportunity to ask questions in real time, exchange ideas and meet with key decision makers.

ENTERTAINMENT - Participate and experience our event activities like music and games. Who knows you may just score a chance to win giveaways!

STAY ON SCHEDULE - TO BE EARLY IS TO BE ON TIME!
This is a LIVE virtual event. We highly encourage you to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to any programming that you are scheduled for. 

HELP DESK/SUPPORT
Our Prime Time LIVE Chat Help Desk is located on the Agenda page on the expo site and is only available during scheduled event hours. Should you experience any technical difficulties, have general questions of any kind or need any support, this is your place to go.

BEING PRESENT
Being present is the best gift you can give yourself! Place your phone on DO NOT DISTURB and turn off your email and/or text notifications to minimize distractions. Make plans in advance to support your family with their meals and activities so you can give your attention while you're in LIVE sessions.

We highly encourage engagement and participation. There are various event programing and/or activities in our exclusive online community that will give you the opportunity to meet new people. PLEASE PARTICIPATE.  You will never know who you meet next! 

CLARITY
Less clutter, more clarity. We believe that less clutter makes it easier for you to learn. Keep your workspace tidy and comfortable, and ideally free of distractions and away from the “high traffic areas” of your home especially when you're showing up on camera!
