List of items / details required for the form.

Before you start filling out the form, here is a list of items or details that will be required. Use this list to help you prepare your own content to avoid delay or getting stuck with the form submission. 

1. Organization / Company / Business Logo - please attach at least 2 versions of your logo. 1 with a WHITE background and the other 1 with a TRANSPARENT background. MINIMUM 800 x 800 pixel. Supported image types: .jpg / .png
2. Organization / Company / Business Description - maximum 50 words
3. Booking calendar - for company's contact person
   
4. Away Video (video on demand) URL - this "video on demand" will be played for expo booth visitors when your booth isn't manned. ONLY YouTube or Vimeo URLs accepted. IMPORTANT!! Does not apply to BELIEVE Sponsors.
5. Expo page video (available to TRIUMPH sponsors only) - this video will play on the Expo Page. It is only required if you want it to be a different video from your "Away Video" entered in line above. ONLY YouTube or Vimeo URLs accepted.
6. "Call to Action" (CTA) you want attendees to complete for your Expo Booth - is there anything specific you'd like your visitors to do while visiting your booth? (NOTE - this does not apply to BELIEVE Sponsors)
7. Offer for event attendees - this is a FREE gift that every event attendee can claim (it is separate from the CTA offered at your booth, similar to an "event swag")
   
8.  Offer image -  image DIMENSIONS required are "300W x 250H", NO OTHER SIZES please!
   
9. Company's identified Speaker/Presenter's high resolution profile image / picture - ACHIEVE + TRIUMPH sponsors only (supported image types: .jpg .png. Minimum 1000 pixel. Please send a profile image that includes shoulder and chest views)
10. Biography (maximum 100 words).
